Join us for Ignite – A Weekend of Dance w/ Chris Jones, where dance, creativity, and performance collide! We’re beyond thrilled to welcome Chris Jones, an LA-based International Choreographer, to Island Groove Dance Studio. Chris will be bringing his unparalleled passion for dance to the Florida Keys, offering Master Dance Classes, Choreography Sessions, mentorship, & coaching leading up to a show-stopping performance at our 1st Annual Island Groove Spring Bash at Big Pine Park!
About Chris Jones
Chris is a true force in the dance world—a performer, choreographer, teacher, and creative director with experience across all facets of the industry. His credits are nothing short of impressive, having worked with artists like Britney Spears, N’SYNC, J-Lo, P. Diddy, Destiny’s Child, Beyoncé, Chris Brown, and Jessica Simpson.
Chris’s performances span worldwide tours, music videos, and award shows, including the MTV VMA’s, BET Awards, AMAs, Grammys, and Soul Train Awards. His commercial work includes collaborations with Pepsi, Nike, Disney, MAC Cosmetics, Samsung, McDonald’s, Sony, PlayStation, Adidas, and Reebok.
In addition to teaching and judging for dance conventions and competitions globally, Chris is also an actor. He stars in the upcoming films You Got Served 2: Winner Takes All and Triggered, while also serving as a choreographer and co-creator on CBS’s The Activist.
